Some countries allow our products with no issue, while some restrict certain products.
We have established several solutions:
- If your country has a local online store or distribution channel available, you may be redirected there automatically where applicable.
- We don't restrict purchases in our U.S. online store, so make sure to understand what your country’s customs rules are before buying. Once your product or package gets held up in customs, there is little we can do to help.
- Our products may also be available through physical retail stores or supplement distributors in some countries. If local retailers do not currently carry them, you may request that they begin stocking them.
No, we don't use any ingredients that are pro-hormonal. While we do suggest taking breaks for caffeine tolerance, there is no need to stop taking these supplements after any set timeframe.
We advise anyone wanting to take supplements while pregnant to consult with a licensed physician. They will be able to provide the best answer based on your personal situation.

While supplement companies themselves do not go through an FDA approval process, these products are manufactured in regulated facilities that follow applicable manufacturing standards.
These products are manufactured in banned-substance-free facilities.
Pump Daddy v.2 and PUMP Capsules make great non-stimulant, caffeine-free pre-workout options.
The Naturals Series offers a selection of vegan products. Please note that these products do contain gluten.
Most products are gluten free. However, they are made in facilities that may also process products containing gluten. Natural Series products are not gluten free.
We would recommend starting with Element Pre-Workout if you are sensitive to caffeine. You can start with a half scoop to first assess your tolerance and slowly build from there. PUMP products also make great non-stimulant pre-workout options.

Caffeine anhydrous is a fast-acting caffeine source. ZumXR is a delayed- or extended-release caffeine source. Both ingredients work together to provide smoother and longer-lasting energy for workouts.
Creatine monohydrate is a standard creatine product. Loaded Creatine contains three sources of creatine for broader absorption support, along with added performance ingredients.
Hydration sticks contain six electrolytes—sodium, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, calcium, and chloride—along with vitamins B3, B6, B12, and C to support hydration and immune health. They may also include choline for mental performance, taurine for electrolyte balance, and astragin for gut support.
